Approved provider with BCBS, PEIA, United Healthcare, & Aetna. Self-pay is accepted by credit, cash or check.

*$35 penalty fee for any returned checks/insufficient funds.

RATES:

$150/55-minute session

$50/55-90-minute group session

**The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 50-minute session needs to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.

NO-SHOW AND/OR LATE CANCELATION POLICY/FEES:

Appts. are to only be cancelled in the event of extreme necessity. When at all possible, it is expected cancellations will be made at least 24-48 hrs. in advance.

**If you cancel or no-show two times in a row, you understand your credit card will be charged a fee of $50, and you will be removed from the therapist’s schedule. If you have a history of cancelling or not showing up for appointments, and it is not consecutive, the frequency of sessions will be reviewed with the therapist and adjustments will be made accordingly.

Sliding Scale Options:

**There are a limited number of sliding scale slots. The fee for services in these instances will be calculated on an individual basis as permitted and appropriate.
