I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in mental health, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAGALA EAP) & Equine- Assisted Learning (EAL), self-compassion, and mindfulness. I’ve been fortunate to have worked in many settings to include juvenile probation, child welfare/social services, community mental health, crisis services, school-based therapies, medical social work/ chronic disease, Veteran Affairs & women’s mental health. These experiences, along with my own personal practice & lifework, have helped me to develop the practice I now hope to share with the world.
The heart of my practice is to partner alongside clients, providing quality, personalized, effective, compassionate, treatment & therapies that will assist with developing and fueling the self-determination, vulnerability, and courage it takes to do the hard, yet, very rewarding, work of healing one’s body, soul, and mind.
I have a deep love for horses/animals, nature, meditation, movement/exercise, beaches, mountains, sunsets & sunrises, laughter, helping others, children/kids, learning/growing, and spending time with loved ones.
